Obedience training is the foundation for all canine sports and is necessary in order to have a well behaved companion. Without a basic understanding of simple behaviors just as sit, down, stay and coming when called, life with a dog can be challenging to say the least. Our Obedience classes go above and beyond the basics and also cover polite walking on a leash, "leave-it", off, polite greetings (no jumping) & door manners, "watch me" (focus and attention) and how to use each of these commands in real life situations. In addition, we’ll talk about basic behavior problems you may be having with your dog, like barking, “stubbornness”, and socialization challenges. We’ve got lots of training tips for daily management, and will help you understand why your dog does what he does.

Impulse Control and Manners" - Does your dog jump up, bark too much, push his way through doors, pull on the leash, counter surf, lunge at other dogs despite your plea for attention, or run away as soon as he knows he has freedom?
