Noelle Saladin
(Agility, Canine Good Citizen)
Noelle, a southern tier native, officially moved to Buffalo after completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at Buffalo State College. While she enjoyed working in the design field for a number of years, something was missing. Her dog training journey began in 2011 with her first fearful rescue dog which led her to fostering and volunteering with a local dog rescue organization. These experiences resulted in a soft spot for the bully breeds and a passion for training. Along with her training experience, Noelle also worked at a local dog daycare for 3 years where she gained valuable knowledge on dog behavior and body language.

Noelle is an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator and a Certified Trick Dog Instructor through Do More With Your Dog! She is experienced in teaching Agility, Tricks, Obedience and Puppy classes as well as working with Reactive Rovers. While she enjoys all aspects of training, she finds that working with owners and their dogs in the agility ring or tricks class is the most exciting and rewarding. Noelle first got started in agility training with her fearful and reactive dog Nova to build her confidence and the duo found a love for the sport. Nova has her Expert Trick Dog title and the team is currently working towards completing their Champion level title. Noelle’s Rottweiler, Mongo, is a Novice Trick Dog and has also achieved his AKC Canine Good Citizen, AKC Advanced CGC and AKC Urban CGC titles.

Noelle believes that continued education is not only beneficial for self-development but is key to the success of teaching her students. She enjoys attending seminars and reading published behavior/training literature to further her knowledge and stay informed on the most current research and techniques. She is also working on achieving her certification as a Professional Dog Trainer through the CCPDT. Most recently, Noelle has found an interest in canine fitness, rehabilitation and holistic healing modalities which has led her to pursue further education in those areas.

Outside of the training ring, Noelle’s lifelong passion is figure skating, where her many years of coaching experience have made coaching owners to train their canine companions a natural fit. She is dedicated to helping owners achieve improved communication and an enhanced relationship with their dogs. In all of her classes, Noelle strives to create a training environment that is fun and rewarding for both owners and canines where they can achieve great things together!
