Returned Check Policy:
Checks returned for insuffecient funds are subject to a $30 processing fee.

Refund Policy:
Your space in class is considered reserved upon receipt of payment in cash, check or money order.
Cancellations received less than one week prior to the start date are subject to a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations received after the first week of class and prior to the second week of class are subject to a $25 processing fee.
After the second week of class, class fees are non-refundable. If unforseen circumctances occur that make it impossible for you to complete the program, please contact Jeannine Jay to discuss your options.

Drop-In Policy:
To preserve the integrity of Canine Sports Complex's regular class enrollment, drop-ins are subject to the discression of the relevant class's instructor. 
Prospective drop-ins should contact the class's instructor for consent and to arrange a drop-in date and time. 
A drop-in's dog must be up to date on vaccinations, and show relevant proof.  A Drop-in must also sign an insurance waiver. 
Drop-in fees are $15 for CSC students and $20 for non-stduents.

Vaccination Policy:
For the safety of all our Canine clientel, proof of vaccination or titer proof of adequate protection for Rabies, Distemper and Parvo is required.
A Bordatella vaccination is recommended but not required.
